It depends on the experience you choose. With The Bella Bar, you provide the alcohol and we handle everything else: the truck, attendant, mixers, ice, cups, napkins, garnishes, setup and cleanup. With La Dolce Vita, we host the drinks, pouring CC Farms wines, sparkling selections and wine-based cocktails. La Fresca is completely alcohol-free, with fresh lemonades, mocktails and cold brew.

Bella is our original 1990 Piaggio Ape with 4 taps, and The Bella Bar with her starts at $850. Liza is her 2024 little sister with 6 taps, so there’s room for more drink choices, and she starts at $995. Both bring the same Italian charm to your celebration.

Two hours of service for up to 75 guests with The Bella Bar, or for 50 guests with La Dolce Vita and La Fresca. Every experience includes your truck, a professional attendant, bar essentials, a personalized 8×10 bar sign, and setup and breakdown.

Absolutely! Additional service hours are $125 each. For larger celebrations, we offer guest-count upgrades for 76–150 guests and 151–200 guests. Your proposal will show the exact price for your event.

Yes! Many couples serve La Fresca lemonades during the ceremony or cocktail hour, then switch to The Bella Bar or La Dolce Vita for the reception. Just let us know on your proposal form.

A large custom sign on the truck with your names, logo or a photo ($150), personalized cups and napkins, and a custom Signature Sips drink menu.

We’re based in Aledo and serve Weatherford, Fort Worth and the greater DFW area. Travel within 30 miles of Aledo is included in every experience. Beyond 30 miles, travel is $2.50 per mile, shown on your proposal so there are no surprises.

Plan for a 10 ft × 10 ft area on flat, firm ground. Bella doesn’t need power, so she can go just about anywhere. Liza needs access to a standard outlet nearby. Not sure about your spot? Send us your venue name and we’ll check it for you.

Your date is reserved with a 25% deposit and a signed agreement. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Yes! We serve bridal showers, birthdays, corporate events, school celebrations and backyard parties. La Fresca is a favorite for school and daytime events.
